Terms and Conditions

Estimates. Estimates are free. They're based on the photos and details you share or an on-site look, and can change if the job turns out different than described.

Scheduling. Service dates depend on weather, access to the property, and our schedule. We'll let you know if anything needs to move.

Payment. Payment is due when the work is done and is usually billed the same day. Custom billing for recurring or large jobs can be arranged ahead of time.

Access. Please make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside on service days.
